Property Damage Liability Waiver
Please note: Fortune Hibachi LLC (D.B.A. Fortune Hibachi), or any agent, employee, director or representative of Fortune Hibachi, will not be liable to any licensee (host) or the host’s guests for property damage caused as a result of any party held on the host’s premises.
For this policy, property damage means injury to any real or personal property at the event premises. The host, individually and on behalf of the host’s guests, waives any claim against Fortune Hibachi LLC for any loss of, damage to or destruction of property arising from any cause.
This waiver is intended as a complete release of responsibility for property loss, damage or destruction sustained by the host or the host’s guests before, during or after the event.
