Event Terms & Policies

Please review the event-specific terms provided with your reservation confirmation. Those confirmed terms, including pricing, payment, travel, cancellation, rescheduling and weather policies, apply to your event.

Reservation confirmation

Submitting a website request, estimate or Acuity appointment does not by itself confirm a reservation. An event is confirmed only after the Fortune Hibachi booking team accepts the date, service address, guest count and menu, and confirms any required payment.

Host responsibilities

The host is responsible for providing accurate event and allergy information, permission to use the property or venue, guest supervision, and a safe outdoor cooking area with the required tables, chairs, plates, utensils and drinks.

Safety, weather and changes

Service may be adjusted, delayed, relocated or stopped when reasonably necessary for safety. The cancellation, rescheduling, travel and weather terms included in the individual reservation confirmation control that event.
