When will the chef arrive?
Your chef will usually arrive about 30 minutes before your scheduled event time to set up. Please have the cooking area accessible when we arrive—we’ll take care of the setup from there.
How much space does the chef need?
We do not have a fixed minimum space requirement. If your space has an unusual layout or you’re unsure it will work, please share photos or details with us in advance. We’ll discuss the setup with you and agree on a suitable arrangement before your event.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options. Please let us know about any dietary requests before your event so we can discuss available substitutions and cross-contact limitations.
Can I add or remove guests after booking?
Yes, you’re welcome to add or remove guests. Please send us your updated guest count at least 24 hours before your event. We’ll adjust your estimate to reflect the change, with the $550 party minimum still applying. If you need to make a last-minute change, please call or text us directly at (602) 597-9078.
What is included with each hibachi meal?
Each meal includes fried rice, vegetables and a side salad. Adults choose two proteins, and children choose one. Your chef prepares the food right at your event, so you can relax and enjoy the experience with your guests.
What if we have fewer than ten guests?
Smaller groups are welcome. Our $550 party minimum still applies, even if you have fewer than 10 guests. Please let us know your group size, and we’ll help you plan your meal.
Do you cook inside homes?
Yes, we can. Most parties are cooked outdoors, but indoor cooking is also possible when the space allows. Please tell us about your space before booking so we can confirm a suitable cooking area for your event.
Do you clean up after the event?
Yes. With every hibachi dinner, we clean up our cooking area and pack away all of our equipment before we leave. We take great care of your home, and we promise to leave your space exactly as we found it. If you add our table setup service, we take care of everything from start to finish: we set the tables, clear them after the meal and handle all of the trash, so you can simply enjoy the evening with your guests.
Do you use nuts or sesame products?
No—we do not use peanuts, tree nuts, sesame or sesame oil. Please let us know about every guest’s food allergies before booking so we can leave out any ingredients they need to avoid.
How do I pay?
For your remaining balance, cash or Zelle is preferred and can be paid at the conclusion of your hibachi experience. We also accept major credit and debit cards for your convenience. Payment details will be confirmed prior to your event.
