A patio, pool deck or driveway is usually the easiest spot. Most parties are cooked outdoors, but indoor cooking is also possible when the space allows. If you live in a community with an HOA, check its rules on outdoor cooking before you book.
What the chef cooks
Each adult picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp and tofu, served with fried rice, vegetables and a side salad. Filet mignon, scallops and salmon are $5 extra per person, and lobster is $10 extra. Add garlic noodles, gyoza or wings for the table. See the full menu.

Are you insured?
Yes. Fortune Hibachi is fully insured. If your rental or venue has its own requirements, please let us know when you book.
Is the hibachi show suitable for young children?
Yes, children are welcome. We want everyone to enjoy the show safely. Please give your chef plenty of room around the hot grill and follow their guidance during cooking. Please keep children under adult supervision and help them stay clear of the cooking area. Thank you for helping us keep your party safe and enjoyable.
What if we have fewer than ten guests?
Smaller groups are welcome. Our $550 party minimum still applies, even if you have fewer than 10 guests. Please let us know your group size, and we’ll help you plan your meal.
What happens if it rains?
We provide service rain or shine! Please let us know if rain is expected so we can plan the cooking setup with you and keep your event running smoothly.
What is included with each hibachi meal?
Each meal includes fried rice, vegetables and a side salad. Adults choose two proteins, and children choose one. Your chef prepares the food right at your event, so you can relax and enjoy the experience with your guests.
Do you cook inside homes?
Yes, we can. Most parties are cooked outdoors, but indoor cooking is also possible when the space allows. Please tell us about your space before booking so we can confirm a suitable cooking area for your event.
Do you clean up after the event?
Yes. With every hibachi dinner, we clean up our cooking area and pack away all of our equipment before we leave. We take great care of your home, and we promise to leave your space exactly as we found it. If you add our table setup service, we take care of everything from start to finish: we set the tables, clear them after the meal and handle all of the trash, so you can simply enjoy the evening with your guests.
Do you use nuts or sesame products?
No—we do not use peanuts, tree nuts, sesame or sesame oil. Please let us know about every guest’s food allergies before booking so we can leave out any ingredients they need to avoid.
How do I pay?
For your remaining balance, cash or Zelle is preferred and can be paid at the conclusion of your hibachi experience. We also accept major credit and debit cards for your convenience. Payment details will be confirmed prior to your event.
How do I make a reservation?
