Corporate and team events

Corporate hibachi catering in Phoenix and Scottsdale

A private hibachi chef cooks a fresh meal and puts on a live fire show for your team, at the office, a venue or a vacation rental. Lunch or dinner, weekdays or weekends, from $55 per person.

Team events people look forward to

Catering and entertainment in one booking.

Most company events end up with trays of food and people staying in their usual groups. With a hibachi chef, everyone gathers around the grill. The chef cooks to order, flips shrimp, builds an onion volcano and gets the whole team laughing, so people talk to coworkers they rarely work with.

We cook for team building events, client dinners, holiday parties, offsites and company celebrations across Phoenix, Scottsdale and the rest of Arizona. You choose the place and the time. We bring the chef, the grill and the ingredients, cook on site and clean up our cooking area when we are done.

Why hibachi for a company event

Easy to plan, hard to forget.

01

A shared experience

Everyone eats together around one grill, which gets people talking far more than a buffet line does.

02

Food and a show

A freshly cooked meal and live entertainment from one booking, with no separate caterer or entertainer to coordinate.

03

Fits the workday

Book a weekday lunch, an after-work dinner or a weekend event. Choose the time that suits your team.

04

Dietary needs covered

We do not use peanuts, tree nuts, sesame or sesame oil, we offer gluten-free options, and tofu is available as a protein.

Planning tips

Planning a hibachi event for your team

Check the location first

Courtyards, patios, rooftop decks and backyards work well. If you are hosting at an office or venue, check with the building or venue about cooking on a live grill there.

Collect dietary needs early

Ask everyone about allergies and preferences when they RSVP and send us the list before booking, so we can plan every meal.

Plan the schedule

The chef arrives about 30 minutes early and cooks for about an hour and a half. Fit speeches or awards before or after the meal.

Lock in the headcount

Send your final count at least 24 hours ahead. You can add or remove guests, and the $550 minimum still applies.

Sort out seating

Use your own tables and chairs, or rent our table setup with tables, table covers, plates, cutlery and napkins.

Plan around the weather

We cook rain or shine. In the summer heat, choose an evening start, shade, a covered patio or misters.

The menu
